By marrying the therapeutic benefits of restorative yoga with cleansing, calming and revitalizing herbs, we’re going to flush OUT the stagnant tension and toxins that get “stuck” in our bodies over winter – and bring IN the fresh rejuvenating energy of spring.
In this six-class session we’ll work with seasonal garden herbs and wild botanicals that support and balance each of our chakras. Each class we’ll begin by sampling either a herbal tea, infusion or tincture, and then explore its physical and energetic benefits in a seasonally adapted yoga practice.
From rooting and grounding, empowering our core, opening the heart, calming the mind and uplifting the spirit, this class will leave you feeling centred, deeply relaxed, refreshed and revitalized.
