Yoga, Herbs & Self Care for Women

Both yoga and herbs have been found to be therapeutically effective when it comes to relieving stress, calming the nervous system, balancing hormones, and boosting immunity. So please join me for this six-week series as we sample a variety of herbal teas, nourishing infusions, and medicinal treats, and learn how to use common, local garden herbs (and a few weeds!) to better care for our physical and emotional well-being. We’ll then move through a restorative and revitalizing yoga practice in “healing harmony” with lunar cycles, which have been shown in a variety of studies to affect our body and mood.
